PropertyChoice Network Services (PNS) is inaugurated to serve selected real estate agencies who wished to collaborate with Wang Lai Realty in their professional services. Participating members possess a shared vision, and have shared values and shared goals. This property portal shall serve as the network engine and network enabler, and will be dedicated to serve as a B2B property portal for all its members.

In the advent of the new economic order and market place, it is imperative that real estate agencies adept themselves to the new business environment of the K-economy and K-management.  Networking for collaboration is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic and timely tool to be used for real estate agencies in facing the challenges ahead. Networking will provide the platform towards effective and beneficial Co-Agency Practices between agencies. A strong service mark acts like a branded entity or a branded product. It serves to provide a focused brand name and quality of services therein. It is very difficult and costly for an individual real estate agency to establish it’s own service mark. Given a strong and effective membership grouping, PNS strives to achieve the service mark sought for.

PNS is structured and organized by WANG LAI REALTY.  This portal will be the e- infrastructure for the PNS network. It is essentially a B2B property portal, built  to create a strong foundation from which revenue and service streams are sustained. It will be feature rich to address and enhance the management’s supply chain, network resources planning and customer relationship. This portal will be designed with high technologies, and with enhanced and relevant functionalities.
